Job Description

The Part-Time Cook (Evening Shift) position at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless requires a strong culinary background and a commitment to serving meals to individuals experiencing homelessness. The role involves preparing and cooking meals in accordance with dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
