Part-Time Convenience Store Team Member

Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, processing financial transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and security policies, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with inventory and stocking tasks. Key Responsibilities Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other payment methods following company policies.Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking products throughout the store.Operate the cash register, promote store programs, and provide excellent customer service.Ensure accurate product signage, pricing, and store displays.Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.Support stocking efforts in various departments and follow safety guidelines.Communicate store promotions and assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience.Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet store needs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior retail experience is a plus.Strong verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and potential exposure to outside weather.
