Qualifications
- CPA required; significant senior-level finance and technical accounting experience may also be considered.
- 8–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to confidently review trial balances, intercompany entries, and balance sheet activity.
- Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-brand environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and entity-level VPs through influence rather than direct authority.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with imperfect or evolving data and building reliable analysis and reporting while systems and processes are still being refined.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in media, marketing services, advertising/agency, or professional services is preferred.
- Able to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and step into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time.
