The company already generates a steady stream of interested prospects, so this role focuses on engaging warm leads rather than cold outreach. It is a part‑time independent contractor position with consistent daily activity. Responsibilities

• Engage prospects who have raised their hands to understand their goals and challenges.
• Match prospects with the appropriate KeenAlignment solution – coaching, leadership development, executive offsite, assessment, or organizational consulting.
• Build relationships, move opportunities forward, and close deals.
• Practice consultative sales: talk with people, ask great questions, uncover real needs, and connect them to solutions that make a meaningful difference.
• Be persistent without being pushy, comfortable picking up the phone, disciplined about follow‑up, and turn genuine interest into business.

Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

• Experienced consultative salesperson who loves talking with people and asking great questions.
• Skilled at understanding what prospects really want and connecting them to suitable solutions.
• Persistent yet not pushy; comfortable making outbound calls.
• Disciplined about follow‑up and energized by converting interest into business.
• Able to work independently without needing management.
• Proven ability to build relationships, advance opportunities, and close sales.
• Relationship‑driven mindset: believes selling is about creating clarity that lets the prospect choose.
• Preference for candidates located in the Santa Cruz or Monterey Bay area.
• Seeking a part‑time independent contractor who wants to become an integral part of the team, not a short‑term gig.
