Part Time Community Outreach Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Part-time Community Outreach Coordinator with a focus on Catholic ministry to build relationships with Catholic parishes, ministries, and community organizations in the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating partnerships with parishes, diocesan ministries, and Catholic organizations.
• Presenting at parish and community events, hosting information sessions.
• Coordinating parish bulletins, e-blasts, and community announcements.
• Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to support events and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic with strong knowledge of Catholic traditions and community life.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional demeanor and hospitality in Catholic settings.
• Flexibility for weekends/evenings and ability to travel across the Denver area (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation).
• Familiarity with the Denver Catholic community is preferred.
• Ability to perform medium-physical work and interact frequently with residents, families, and visitors.
• Availability to work on weekends as needed.
