About the role

Through a blend of targeted feedback, one-on-one coaching, and expert guidance, you will be instrumental in helping LCs master their craft and become effective leaders. - The number of live observations will be heavier towards the beginning and end of the semester and will be adjusted based on the needs of your assigned LCs.
- Send timely and constructive follow-up emails after each observation.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching calls with targeted LCs to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Proactively correspond with and meet with LCs outside of lab hours to support their facilitation preparation and provide thought partnership.

- Address other topics as requested by LCs, providing tailored support.
