About the Role
Provide personal care and emotional support to residents in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Support restorative and mobility programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
- Accurately document care
- Uphold residents' dignity, respect, and spiritual needs
