Part-Time CNA

About the Role

This position involves providing routine daily nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. The role promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and quality improvement, while ensuring safety and infection control standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per care plans and instructions
• Report changes in resident conditions and document actions accurately
• Maintain a positive, calm environment and promote teamwork
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with policies
• Participate in ongoing education and staff development
• Effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with NYS certification required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and ability to work harmoniously with others
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
