About the role
Provide high-quality care to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility during the evening shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, bathing, mobility, and positioning
- Report changes in resident conditions
- Obtain vital signs, weights, and other health data
- Maintain a clean and respectful appearance for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure compassionate care aligned with the facility's mission and values
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Genuine desire to work with older adults
- Kindness, respect, patience, and cheerfulness
- Team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to infection prevention protocols
