About the Role

Provide nursing and related services to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs are met while promoting independence and maintaining a homelike environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident care according to individualized assessments and plans of care.
• Support resident rights and assist residents with dignity, compassion, and respect to achieve or sustain optimal functioning.
• Provide person-centered care and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Promote resident independence.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• Reliable attendance.
• Strong teamwork and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to support residents with compassion and respect.

Pay

$18–$25 per hour.
