About the Role
We are seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide high-quality care and support to residents in assisted living and memory care settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update Personalized Service Plans in collaboration with families
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort and safety
- Monitor residents' cleanliness, clothing, and health status daily
- Follow hydration schedules and assist with meals and room service
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas, including laundry and sanitation
- Respond promptly to call bells and security alerts
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and resident rights standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with elders or disabled individuals is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of assisted living, dementia, or skilled nursing care is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
