About the role

The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our Chicago Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests. Please note that this is a part-time position structured at 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
  • Own Salesforce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
  • Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage
  • Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements
  • Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Build and update local ops notion pages
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable startup mindset
  • Proficient in Google programs and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Pay

The base salary for this role is: $25/hr
