Part-Time Center Associate

Job Summary

The UPS Store #6828 is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate to join their team in Gilbertsville and Douglassville, PA. This is an hourly, part-time position with weekend rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Process customer orders effectively and efficiently
• Promote the sale of products and services
• Ensure accuracy in the processing of customer orders
• Auxiliary with store operations by stocking, organizing, and maintaining the customer service counter area
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
• Provide additional support to the store Manager as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
• Computer literate with experience in printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work part-time schedule
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
