Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator

Role: Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator supporting oncology care teams and guiding patients through clinical research activities. Responsibilities: Fully understand study protocols, collect and document accurate data, ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs, assist with study visits, manage scheduling, facilitate consent and enrollment, handle laboratory specimens, enter data into electronic databases, review medical histories, coordinate medication and study procedures, participate in monitor visits, prescreen EMRs, communicate with healthcare teams and sponsors, prepare for database locks, and attend investigator meetings. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of clinical research experience, knowledge of GCP and clinical data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to multiple locations. Preferred: oncology terminology knowledge. Soft skills include independence, organizational abilities, multitasking, communication, and ability to work under pressure. Residing near Westchester County, NY, is preferred.
