About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator will support and coordinate clinical trial activities for a designated study, working approximately 24 hours per week. This role focuses on patient recruitment efforts such as performing chart review, pre-screening potential participants, and performing community based outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Care for day-to-day clinical trial activities for assigned studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies, following approved inclusion and exclusion criteria through chart review.
  • Conduct community outreach efforts to raise awareness of ongoing studies and support participant enrollment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research staff to ensure smooth study operations and effective communication across the research team.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of study coordination, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Adhere to all applicable ethical, regulatory, and institutional requirements related to clinical research.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
  • Hands-on experience with clinical trials and clinical research processes.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage patient recruitment activities for clinical studies.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience performing community outreach related to clinical research participation.
  • Familiarity with clinical research best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants and research staff.
  • Organizational skills to manage study timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ethical considerations in clinical research.

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM. The schedule is approximately 24 hours per week.
