Role Overview

  • Collect, abstract, and enter data for research projects, databases, and clinical trial protocols.
  • Maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of research data throughout the life of a study.
  • Support patient-facing research activities, as applicable to the assigned study, which may include assisting with patient consent, coordinating study visits, or working with patients in the clinical setting.
  • Partner with research and care teams across MSK to ensure data is captured accurately and on time.
  • Generate reports and communicate updates on the progress of research projects, databases, and clinical protocols.
  • Create and improve databases, data collection forms, patient calendars, tracking tools, and other resources that support research activities.
  • Help ensure research activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Institutional, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Coordinate clinical research protocols and serve as a key point of contact for assigned studies, as applicable.

Key Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare, research, academic, or other setting that involves working with data, information, or structured processes is a plus.

Location: The exact location will be determined during the recruitment process.

Reporting to: Clinical Research Leadership

Commitment: At least 2 years

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Flexibility may be required depending on the needs of the team.

Pay

Pay Range: $26.77 - $40.05

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
