Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist I is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outcomes and enhance patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective medication management and pharmacy services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements
• Provide patient counseling and education as needed

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Washington Pharmacist License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Skills

Preferred: 1+ year acute care hospital experience or completed ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
