Part Time - Clinical Nurse (Night Shift)

About the Role

Provides direct patient care on a specialized surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Participates in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Ensures effective communication across care transitions and promotes a safe environment.
• Provide compassionate patient care, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare team, and uphold safety standards.

This position is safety-sensitive and requires alertness and adherence to protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than two years preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
