About the role
This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating nursing functions during the shift. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) assists with admissions and discharges, assesses and improves patient care quality, promotes teamwork, supports patient-first initiatives, manages staff scheduling, and oversees inventory and supplies.
The role involves supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Assess and improve the quality of patient care
- Promote teamwork and support patient-first initiatives
- Manage staff scheduling and oversee inventory and supplies
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies
- Foster a collaborative environment to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Diploma in Nursing (or higher)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
No prior experience is required.
