Part-Time Clinical Nurse Coordinator

About the Role

Lead and coordinate complex critical care for patients with severe respiratory conditions in the Lung Rescue ICU.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct bedside clinical care in a high-acuity critical care setting.
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Precept and mentor nursing staff to support professional development.
• Support unit education and quality improvement initiatives.
• Optimize patient throughput and workflow efficiency.
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills
