Part-Time Clinical Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Supports a healing environment through education and advocacy, ensuring effective communication across care settings.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary; supervisory experience not required.
