Part Time Cleaning Technician -Hulton Arbors

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other property areas according to established procedures
• Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
• Absorb and assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections
• Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues requiring attention
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2 years of cleaning and/or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-1pm - 15 hours per week
