PART TIME CLEANER

About the role

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and serves over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. The company is a stable, growing employee‑owned management firm with more than 55 years in the real estate industry, located in Lancaster, PA. This part‑time Cleaner position offers the opportunity to join an employee‑owned company and earn company stock at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service.
• Clean and maintain all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Remove garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays, and ash cans daily.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Perform salt/snow removal duties.

Requirements

• Prior residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Schedule

32 hours weekly – flexible during business hours.
