32 hours weekly – flexible during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service
• Clean all common areas as scheduled by supervisor
• Clean vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor
• Remove garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays, and ash cans daily
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments
• Assist with turnover of apartments
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed
• Salt and snow removal duties

Requirements

• Prior residential cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Working cell phone
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
