Part Time Clean Team
Job Overview
Cub Phalen is seeking a part-time Clean Team member to ensure safe and clean store conditions. This role involves ongoing customer interaction and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
Job Responsibilities
- General maintenance and cleanliness of the store
- Maintains proper floor conditions
- Removes and disposes of trash
- Affixes and maintains equipment (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Ensures carts are available for customers
- Assists with customer questions or requests
Job Requirements
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- Good judgment required for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 16 years of age and older
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
