Part Time Clean Team

About the role

Cub Coon Rapids South is seeking a part-time Clean Team member to ensure safe and clean store conditions. This role involves ongoing customer interaction and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Job Responsibilities

• General maintenance and cleanliness of the store
• Maintains proper floor conditions
• Removes and disposes of trash
• Affixes and maintains carts for customer use
• Affixes and maintains signage
• Assists with customer questions or requests

Job Requirements

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing and math skills
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 16 years of age and older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
