Program Manager
Right At School provides safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for over 35,000 students in 17 states. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind. The Program Manager role involves delivering quality enrichment programs, developing and coaching a team, collaborating with school staff, and participating in community events.
- Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our Disguised Learning curriculum
- Develop and coach a team passionate about creating a safe, fun, engaging environment
- Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
- Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

State Specific Requirements
- Rhode Island Department of Education teacher certification for grades pre-kindergarten to second grade AND Three (3) months supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Rhode Island Department of Education teacher certification for Early Childhood Special Education, which includes Early Childhood Certification AND Three (3) months supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education AND Three (3) months supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Early Childhood Education such as Child Development, Elementary Education or Special Education, and Twenty-four (24) credits in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution of higher education AND Three (3) months supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Early Childhood Education such as Child Development, Elementary Education or Special Education, and Twelve (12) credits in Early Childhood Education from an accredited or approved institution of higher education AND One (1) year of supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Early Childhood Education such as Child Development, Elementary Education or Special Education, and RIELDS Certification: Implementing a Standards-Based Program AND One (1) year of supervised teaching experience in a licensed/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field or an associate’s degree in a field related to Early Childhood Education AND is actively participating in a DHS-approved ECE program to receive Twenty-four (24) ECE credits, promoted from within the program after one (1) year of employment
