Part Time - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our skilled home care division. In this part-time role, you will assist licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function
• Prepare clinical and progress notes
• Help develop treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and staff on equipment and therapy programs
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Participate in case conferences and in-services
• Coordinate visits with the therapist to ensure quality care

Requirements

• Current COTA licensure in Michigan
• CPR certification
• Valid Michigan driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
