Part-Time Cath Lab Technologist

Role: Cardiovascular Tech RCIS, responsible for supporting invasive cardiovascular procedures under supervision. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians during procedures as a scrub tech and monitor tech, operate imaging equipment, interpret EKGs and pressures, assist with patient transport, prepare and clean the cath lab, manage supplies, ensure patient safety post-procedure, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare experience, current AHA Advanced Cardio Life Support certification, RCIS certification within six months (or ARRT and TX RT(R)), and knowledge of medications, procedures, and inventory control. Additional Duties: Assist with staff training, maintain sterile technique, and support patient preparation.
