Part-Time Cashier & Front End Team

About the role

Immediate openings are available for a Part-Time Cashier and Front End Team Member position at Menards. The Front End Team Members play important roles in the Customer Experience, including providing fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk, and assisting customers with loading their purchases, keeping the parking lot clean, and assisting at the register.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the register and service desk.
• Aid customers with loading their purchases and maintaining the parking lot.
• Assist at the register when needed to ensure no waiting for savings.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Skills
