Part-Time Cashier & Front End Team

About the role

Immediate openings are available for part-time positions as either a Cashier or a Courtesy Patrol Team Member within the Front End Team at Menards. Both roles play important roles in enhancing the Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Provide fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk.
• Courtesy Patrol: Assist customers with loading their purchases, keep the parking lot clean and clear, and assist at the register when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

• $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
