Part Time Cashier/Budtender - Trinity Dispensary

About the role

This position requires typical retail hours; Nights, evenings, weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on the sales floor and/or at checkout and verify purchased products.
• Maintain awareness of dispensary flow and product availability.
• Complete cash or card sales at the register with careful attention to detail.
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions, including issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
• Answer the phone, take messages, and direct calls to the proper department.
• Assist in online product reservation.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation.
• Keep the dispensary sales floor clean, sanitized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all state and federal regulations, including ID verification requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Six months to one year of sales or POS experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology, tablets, and computers.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.
• Must be available to work varied hours and/or days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Qualifications

• Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds independently and 75+ pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
