Part-Time Case Manager Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Assists case managers with medication assistance applications, including gathering required documentation and ensuring timely submission.
- Contact clients to obtain necessary information, verify eligibility for insurance assistance programs, and maintain accurate records to monitor clients’ insurance status.
- Regularly communicate with clients, insurance providers, state-funded programs, and community partners to facilitate continuity of care and access to services.
- Scan and organize documents, enter data into the electronic medical record, and accurately document client information in the statewide Ryan White reporting system.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer service role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare, public health, or social services setting, particularly in a clerical or administrative support role, or case management experience.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or assistance programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with HIV position clients.
