Role Overview

The Key Carrier is a leadership extension of the Coordinator, responsible for maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as Manager on Duty. They alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, demonstrating integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
