Part Time Caregiver - Memory Care and Assisted Living

About the role

We are currently looking to hire a part-time Caregiver to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. Our mission is to build an innovative, compassionate culture for both residents and associates, creating ripples of positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in memory care and assisted living environments.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Document resident care plans and progress in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 1 year’s experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
