Part-Time Caregiver (CNA/PCA/HHA) – $20+/hr | Flexible Hours | Early Pay

About the Role

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This opportunity is perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking for extra income with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

Starting at $20/hour (based on experience).
