About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in their homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and encourage Recipients in their daily lives
- Help Recipients build new skills and engage in activities
- Bring Recipients into the community to support their personal goals
- Work independently and follow care plans
- Provide transportation to and from assignments
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Able to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
