Part-Time Career Link - General Interest Submission

Major Responsibilities

• Aid in scheduling meetings and events.
• Collaborate with Employer Consultant to manage logistics such as employer contracts, open enrollment courses, and campus training.
• Ensure all project management checklists and documentation are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, using standard terms and conditions and statewide contract templates.
• Support Career Link staff in data entry to accurately capture and record employer and student information.
• Respond to student inquiries and participate in relevant training and professional development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• An Associate degree is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment reflecting the diverse backgrounds of our students and employees.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment that respects and values all individuals.

Skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
