Part Time - Cardio-Pulmonary/Renal Nurse

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and safeguards confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cardiac, cardiovascular, telemetry, and post-operative cardiac care to patients, including those with heart failure
• Evaluate patient conditions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to standards and protocols

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Over 1 year of experience preferred
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and twisting

Skills & Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS (or within 30 days of hire)
• Additional unit-specific certifications as required
