Part Time - Car Wash Assistant

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Ensure vehicle prep and quality standards
• Manage traffic flow during busy times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team accountability
• Manage cash and inventory
• Report equipment or maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and safe site
• Take leadership in the absence of the Car Wash Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined or willingness to learn
• Ledger or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds and working in various weather conditions
• Availability for opening and closing shifts, including weekends
