Duties: Set up, operate, and break down video and audio equipment for meetings and events Record and livestream municipal meetings (Select Board, Planning Board, Finance Committee, School Committee, etc.) Monitor and adjust audio/video quality during recordings Assist with file organization and basic equipment troubleshooting Support community event coverage as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during long meetings Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn and operate video and audio equipment Prior video or production experience preferred Requirements: Availability for evenings and occasional weekends Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to ~40 lbs) This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits.
