About the Role

The Food Service Worker assists with food and meal preparation, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and manages kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods
• Serve meals and verify transactions through daily reports
• Ensure proper food storage and supervise food temperatures
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• Adhere to food safety regulations and follow policies
• Maintain organization in the kitchen
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended standing
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms as required
• Develop new skills and contribute to a safe, clean environment

Requirements

• Food Service Certificate (if needed)
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Work efficiently under pressure
