About the role
The AM Barista / Cashier supports the morning team by greeting guests, preparing and serving coffee and breakfast items, and maintaining a clean, inviting guest area.
Responsibilities
- Enter orders into the POS system and accurately process transactions
- Engage guests with friendly service and assist with guest requests
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Work as a team to provide a positive guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Certifications such as ServSafe may be required (training provided if needed)
- Friendly attitude, teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations
