Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items such as coffee, beverages, and sandwiches
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Operate POS systems for transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Restock supplies and assist with table maintenance
- Ensure guest areas are clean and inviting
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Attention to detail
- POS system experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies
