Cafe Attendant - Part Time

About the Role

Job Summary: Assist customers at Déjà Brew Café. Location: Methodist College Address: 720 N. 87th St. - Omaha, NE Work Schedule: Schedule will be between the hours of 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon - Fri, as needed by volume. Part time.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close Déjà Brew Café.
• Assist customers and maintain positive spirit of customer service (e.g. greet each customer who enters the store).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, café, and storage room.
• Stock food and non-food items.
• Aid in the annual inventory process.
• Operate the point of sale system.
• Create and maintain window displays, in-store displays, and tidy presentation of merchandise.
• Reconcile the cash register on a regular basis.
• Operate all aspects of the Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) Café.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
