Part-Time Bridal Stylist

About the role

Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique dedicated to helping every bride find “the one” with confidence, beauty, and style. Bridal stylists play a crucial role in this process, providing exceptional service and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
• Host and assist brides and guests during dress appointments.
• Create and share engaging content on Bon Bon Belle's social media platforms.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Train on new products, trends, and company policies at monthly staff meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in bridal, retail sales, or similar roles.
• A passion for making others feel confident and beautiful.
• Availability to work year-round, including weekends.
• Lives within 30 minutes of Port Washington, WI.
• An interest in bridal styling, fashion, or design.
• Comfort with standing, moving around, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay & Commission

Bridal stylists earn $12/hour plus tips, with a generous bonus structure. Base rate + commission + tips typically results in hourly earnings ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time Bridal Stylists can expect to work approximately 27 hours per week, with a mix of weekday and weekend hours across the following days: Wednesday (10:30–7:30), Friday (8:30–5:30), Saturday (8:30–5:30), and Sunday (8:30–5:30).
