About the role

At David’s Bridal, we empower both customers and employees to pursue their dreams and find the perfect gown or career fit. As a Stylist, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, manage customer flow, and help brides achieve their dream wedding day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt style to suit them.
• Manage customer flow using systems like Appointments/Customers/Point of Sale.
• Research and communicate information to customers using iPad tools.
• Set and follow up on customer appointments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms and build relationships with customers.
• Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization options.
• Coordinate with Alterations Specialists for appointments and ensure proper measurements.
• Maintain store standards and report broken or damaged equipment.
• Adhere to dress code standards and offer loyalty programs.
• Analyze and make decisions to meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned.
• Support the store team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Accurately clock in/out and follow loss prevention policies.
• Develop self and others through ongoing learning and sharing expertise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty stores.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform job duties.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position, location, training, and experience.
