Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide 5-Star Customer Service.
- Manage customer flow and appointments using systems like Appointments/Customers/Point of Sale.
- Research and communicate information to customers using iPad tools.
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
- Build relationships by asking questions and understanding customer needs.
- Strive to identify the perfect gown in the first three try-ons.
- Set and follow up on future appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization services.
- Partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments and ensure proper measurements.
- Achieve a 65% platform conversion and meet add-on goals.
- Support the store team in achieving sales and service goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store to support a flawless shopping experience.
- Report any broken or damaged equipment to store management.
- Maintain high dress code standards.
- Offer loyalty and partners program to support one-stop shopping.
- Analyze and make decisions to meet customer needs and sales targets.
- Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned.
- Perform duties as assigned by store management.
- Accurately clock in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
- Follow loss prevention and security policies.
- Complete required training and remain current with myLearning curriculum.
- Develop self and others by focusing on own development and learning.
- Share sales expertise and product knowledge with fellow stylists.
- Open to coaching and feedback to improve behaviors and processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Pay
The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position offered, location, training, and experience.
