Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service, achieving sales goals and productivity by following the 5-Step Selling Process.
• Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions and understanding customer needs, aiming for a 80% conversion to Alterations appointments.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate the importance of alterations and personalization services.
• Set up appointments for alterations and personalization services with Alterations Specialists.
• Offer David’s Bridal loyalty and partners program to support one-stop shopping for all life events.
• Analyze customer data and make informed decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage performance by consistently achieving sales targets and add-on goals.
• Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned, supporting the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Support the team by celebrating successes and sharing expertise with fellow stylists.
• Complete required training and remain current with myLearning curriculum.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer-focused.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Good physical condition to perform job duties.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position offered, location, training, and experience.
