Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
- Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
- Build relationships by asking questions and understanding customer needs, aiming to identify the perfect gown in the first three try-ons.
- Set future appointments and follow up with customers to ensure they have the best experience.
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote all alteration services and personalization options.
- Partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments for personalized and fitted gowns/dresses.
- Achieve a 65% or greater platform conversion, 75% headpiece sales, 10% foundation sales, and 20% shoe sales.
- Manage the complete wedding party, including bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride, and flower girl, by setting up return appointments.
- Become a trusted advisor by completing training and building product knowledge and fashion trend expertise.
- Exceed sales targets to become a Circle of Excellence member.
- Execute new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as assigned.
- Support the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Accurately clock in and out for all scheduled shifts, breaks, and meals.
- Follow all loss prevention and security policies.
- Complete required myLearning courses and remain current with the curriculum.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and prior experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position offered, location, training, and experience.
